I am the weaver of my reality! The new moon in Aquarius is challenging us to visualize our deepest desires and take action! "What is the big vision for my life in 2019? What do I want to Manifest? How do I want to be of service? How do I want to feel?” Now is the time to be clear, let go of fear, and trust the desires in your heart are waiting for you to be ready for them. The time is now! Join us this new moon, Monday February 4th during our virtual circle!
What Is a Sacred Space?
A sacred space is a place that you set up that brings you, healing, and calming. It's a place to keep our energy grounded and gives us a place to clear our mind and spirit. It supports our mental, physical, and spiritual well being. It can be in your home, the corner of a room, or even your office.
This place is your sanctuary. It’s a spot filled with things to ground you, heal you, bring you pleasure, allow your creativity to flow, connect you to your higher power, and to support you.
How To Set Up A Sacred Space
Decide On The Location
Your sacred space could be anywhere. It could be a room in your home, your desk at work, your car, it could be a corner of your bedroom or living room, next to your window… you decide.
Cleanse the Energy
Cleanse the energy of your space. You will need to do this regularly to make sure that it stays clear of lower vibrational energy. Clear the space of clutter and debris. You can use a smudge like white sage, palo santo, crystal infused water, incense, a candle, prayers, etc. Be sure to set your intention while clearing your space.
Bring In Items That Boost Your Mood & Spirit
This is your special spot. You want to consider what you will use it for and add items that support that. From time to time you’ll need to revisit the set up and change it. If you would like to put up an alter, it would be a great addition. Here are some ideas:
Use Your Sacred Space
Now that your sacred space is set up it’s time to bask in the energy and use it how ever your heart desires. You can use it for meditation, healing rituals, a place to pray, a place to create, a place to deal with anxiety or stress, a place to ground, and anything else you can think of.
We are so excited to launch our first virtual circle this month! As we are still in the experimenting phase this circle will be limited to 10 sisters. The theme is "I prioritize my soul's needs" and we are using this virtual circle as an opportunity to create an individual experience within the circle, so we can take time to focus on our own soul's needs, release old contracts and create new ones. Although everyone can not attend this online event, we still encourage you to do the ritual on your own. Below is the January Ritual we are using from Global Sisterhood. Please tag #soulsistersocial or @soulsistersocial if you choose to do this on your own and let us know how it goes!
